Access All Areas – Securex

In 2020 Securex has decided to build a contact center to provide all of their customers with a central first line welcome approach. Today the team counts 90 co-workers. Lieve Huygens and her team will open the doors to the contact center of Securex to explain the reason for this decision. The customer care management will share their knowledge and experiences in creating a strong customer service operation. On Tuesdays most of the team works from the office in Gent, so we can give you the grand tour of the contact center and talk in depth about their customer service strategy and projects. Please take note that the Access All Area events are aimed at customer contact professionals with an operational focus.
