What’s Next in customer contacts & General Assembly

2020 and the first half of 2021 have been challenging times for everybody working in a customer contacts environment. Our ‘Impact of Covid-19 on customer contacts 1 year later’ research has shown that we have adapted well to the circumstances. 65% of companies have invested in long term solutions. We welcome you to join us for 3 interactive panel discussions on the future of customer contacts:

  1. What’s next in customer contacts? What are the changes that we are making and are they here to stay?
  2. What’s the value of customer contacts? Should we focus the Belgian Customer Contact Awards on what contact centers and customer services have meant for customers?
  3. Now that times are changing, should we include extra topics and themes in the daily operations of Customer Contact as an association?

We will hold these panel discussions in small breakout sessions and present the most important outcomes to everybody in the webinar. Goal is to draw an action plan for Customer Contact for 2021 and beyond.

Before the panel discussions and breakout sessions on ‘What’s next in customer contacts’ Customer Contact invites you to follow the yearly General Assembly live, with a short review of the past year of the Belgian Customer Contact Association.

Members of Customer Contact will get the opportunity to vote for the approval of the financial report 2020 and the budget 2021. There will also be a voting to confirm the addition of Securex (Lieve Huygens) and Möbius (Jan Bellaert) to the Administrative Body.
