Customer Behavior, 1 year later – webinar

It’s been 1 year since the beginning of the corona-crisis and the 1st lockdown in Belgium. In Q2 2020 Customer Contact & Möbius measured the impact of corona on customer contacts. We learned that customer behaviour was changing, customers were taking more time to speak to the customer contact employees and customer interactions were being rated with a higer satisfaction score.

Now we have launched a new research to evaluate if the change in customer behavior continues in 2021 on the longer term. We have mapped the use of digital channels, the flexible solutions contact centers have put in place and the impact of Covid-19 on volumes and waiting times.

The outcomes of the Pollsbeat Covid)19 2021 research will be shared with you in this online webinar. As usual there will be lots of interaction with the webinar participants, checking if the results are in line with what you are experiencing in your contact center.
