Covid Safe Edition

We are pleased to welcome you again to a new edition of our Customer Contact Congress! To keep it safe for everyone and to make sure everyone feels comfortable during the event, we will be using the corona safe ticket.

It means that everyone should be fully vaccinated or have valid negative test results. We believe it is a small effort in order to make it a safe event for everyone and we trust you feel the same way.

How it works

  • Bring your valid entrance ticket, valid COVID certificate AND your identity card with you to the event. You may show your certificate either on the COVID safe app, printed on paper or as a downloaded pdf.
  • What is considered a correct certificate:
    • for vaccination certificates: a full vaccination at least 2 weeks ago
    • for recovery certificates: a positive PCR test between 11 and 180 days ago
    • for test certificates: negative PCR test (NAAT test) that took place maximum 48 hours ago or negative RAT test (rapid antigen test) that took place maximum 24 hours ago.
  • For our foreign visitors: the Corona Safe Ticket is exactly the same as the European Corona certificate and is of course valid.

 

Please note the following:

  • There will be no refund of tickets in case of you show up at the event without a valid COVID certificate.
  • We will refund if you have to cancel due to a covid infection until 24h before the event.
  • This info is based on the current and known measures; please keep an eye on this web site in case anything changes.
  • We won’t have any test facilities on-site, so you’ll have to make sure you’re tested and bring your certificate; we will refuse access without a valid certificate.

 

Refund policy in other cases than a covid contamination:

  • Until 18 October you get a full refund (minus 25 euro administrative costs)
  • Until November 10, you get a 50% refund of the ticket price (minus 25 euro administrative cost)
  • After 10 November, no refunds are possible

Note that it is always possible to swap your ticket with a colleague! So if you can’t make it, give someone else the possibility to enjoy the event. Please just email us the updated contact details.
